It annually eva luates thousands of brands around the world and lists the most valuable brands in the annual “Brand Finance Global 500 Report”. In this year's selection, Brand Finance takes "what the owner would have to pay for the use of the brand—assuming it were not already owned” as the calculated value. The League Table Valuation Methodology includes public familiarity, loyalty, promotional activities, marketing investment, employee satisfaction and corporate reputation. Meanwhile, the League Table also takes into account the future ownership of the brand benefits.
